Having a plan to follow-up after that initial contact is essential. The easiest way to make sure no potential client or sale slips through the cracks is with a well designed and implemented Sales Process.

A Sales Process keeps every interaction front and centre and provides a mechanism to keep that potential client engaged with you and more importantly provides a roadmap to move from here to a closed sale.
